inda is very professional, not a pushy sales person , gives you time to ask questions as you have them, very knowledgeable about the area in which we were in and has a calming personality.

We haven't purchased yet but feel she knows her stuff and can make the transitions happen in a timely manor. We were in the area and asked her to show us a couple places at the last minuet, on a holiday and she made time for use. That was impressive! Thank you again Linda.

Linda is very detailed oriented and hard working. She has a very in depth knowledge of the area I was interested in. Her persistence was refreshing. She is very personable and down to earth. I am still working with her as I clear up the financing for the type of property I'm interested in and she has stuck with me through a rather lengthy period as I get things cleared up.

We came to Florida to look for a place to rent for the winter but found this unit on the market within our price range.

It was a short sale which made a lot of extra work for the realtor in filing paperwork and following up on the require papers needed by the seller and their agents. We are very well pleased with all the help and all her work.

My husband and I met Linda Dutcher three years ago when we came to Burnt Store Marina to start looking for a home to purchase in Florida.

We worked with her for the last two years viewing homes and this past November we narrowed it down to three homes and selected one in Topaz Cove in Prosperity Point. We closed Jan. 12, 2018 and moved in Jan. 15. Our experience with Linda has been so positive - she is friendly and we trusted her through the entire process. We met Linda as she was referred to us by our friends who purchased a home through her about 7 years ago.

We recently purchased a vacation home in Punta Gorda as we currently live full time in New York. I can't say enough wonderful things about Linda. She is professional, kind and very knowledgeable in her market and business. She was with us every step of the way and we always felt we were in good hands. She attended our closing which we didn't know was even going to happen until 2 hours prior. She was on standby for us and made us a priority in her busy schedule.
